單車騎在人行道撞死人　男判賠361萬

【劉志原╱台北報導】李姓男子2011年10月間，騎單車行經台北市辛亥路，將單車騎在人行穿越道上，撞上騎殘障機車經過的江姓男子，雙雙倒地，江男傷重死亡，江家求償554萬元，台北地院認為，騎單車上人行穿越道已屬違規，判李男應賠償361萬餘元。

江男家屬指控，李男騎單車闖紅燈又違規上人行穿越道而肇事，法院認為，並無證據顯示李男闖紅燈，但他在人行穿越道騎單車已違規，又未注意路況，均是肇事主因，判應賠償江妻及一對子女共361萬餘元；仍可上訴。刑事部分，李男已遭依過失致死罪判刑半年，可易科罰金18萬元確定。
