北市購屋均價1323萬　歷年新高

【王筱君／台北報導】創市際與中信房屋合作進行「台灣地區購屋意向與物件需求調查」，結果顯示，北市平均購屋價為1323萬元，創歷年新高，主要購屋目的為自用，平均自備款金額也是各區之冠，可接受屋齡上限則放寬至30年以上。

反觀，新北市、桃園縣市與大台中則以「投資」目的為主，其中新北市購屋價緊追，桃園及大台中地區平均購屋價則較上季減少7~32萬元，民眾偏好5年內新成屋。
