南蘇丹雙方代表抵衣 展開和談

（法新社阿迪斯阿貝巴3日電） 衣索比亞外交部表示，南蘇丹交戰雙方今天在衣索比亞首都阿迪斯阿貝巴（Addis Ababa）展開談判，以期達成停火協議，結束近3週的衝突，不過雙方尚未面對面會談。

外交部在聲明中表示，「談判已經開始」；還說，東非政府間發展組織（IGAD）正「盡一切可能提供協助」。

雙方目前正在會晤東非國家特使，消息人士指出，兩造至少在明天之前，可能都不會直接會談。

南蘇丹政府和叛軍代表團1日開始陸續抵達阿迪斯阿貝巴一家高檔飯店，不過會談推遲至代表團全數抵達才展開。

外交部表示：「參與和談的南蘇丹政府和叛軍代表團所有成員都已抵達。」（譯者：中央社劉文瑜）
