【胡治言／綜合報導】苗栗大埔案訴訟逆轉勝，張藥房長子張元豪昨天拿著台中高分院判決書影印本，到藥房原址一張張焚燒，悼慰亡父張森文，遺孀彭秀春則在記者會上，控訴苗栗縣長劉政鴻蠻橫強拆房屋，她氣憤的說：「還我先生一條命來！」

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，張森文長子張元豪感慨說：「聽到這樣公義的判決，感到很欣慰。」希望政府認錯，還地、蓋回房子，不要再上訴了，「該還給我們的，政府就還給我們吧！不管是土地還是房子，尤其是被拆的藥房，真的有太多不捨的回憶，至今都還停留在這裡。」

扔鞋K中苗栗縣長劉政鴻的清大學生陳為廷則呼籲內政部放棄上訴，劉政鴻立即辭職下台，因為劉政鴻是應負起最大責任的人。
