人妻通姦男同事　內衣褲亂丟露餡

　【孫英哲／彰化報導】彰化縣一名已婚的黃姓女子與公司吳姓男同事外遇，甚至同居，遭其周姓丈夫抓姦，她雖未被當場抓姦在床，但卻被其丈夫發現內衣褲亂丟在情夫住處，最後被丈夫提出刑事及民事告訴。
 
全案雖然檢方偵辦後，認為無積極證據可證明黃女通姦，做出不起訴處分；然彰化地院審理認為，黃女在吳姓情夫住處將內衣褲隨處丟，且與情夫的內衣褲一起掛在陽台，已足以佐證黃女與情夫的確有同居事實，因此判准黃女與周男離婚，且黃女應賠償周男40萬元。
