【方翊倩／綜合報導】南部廠辦王曾國展幾年前在台北買地一坪20萬，如今開價150萬，賺飽荷包的曾國展，卻看衰房市，坦言臺北房價過頭了，隨時會崩盤。

今日出刊的《壹週刊》報導，曾國展的主業是興建高科技廠房，南部的高科技廠幾乎都是出自他旗下的公司「皆豪」之手，近年更包下永康科技廠辦大王。近年除了台積電外，幾乎沒有大型新廠的需求，曾國展只好轉向，不停往東南亞發展，事業版圖從越南、柬埔寨到泰國。曾國展2004年在內湖文胡路買了一塊土地，後來與忠泰建設合作興建「忠泰大樓」，大賺一票：「本來想說土地加興建成本，一坪20萬元。最壞一坪賣23萬就好了，沒想到最後一坪賣了70萬。」他看到房地產頂點已經到了，除了南部部分土地外，台北市土地、房產，都在逐漸出脫中，他坦言臺北房價過頭了，隨時會崩盤。
