【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市延平派出所警員獲報，民宅有藏匿通緝犯，昨晚10時許警方前往通仁街逮人，40陳姓男子上前應門，故作鎮定嗆警，「我又沒做壞事，你們要幹嘛！」警方認出日前調閱監視器畫面，男子穿同一件外套行竊，又見桌上有一隻毒品吸食器，男子才坦承吸食海洛因，採集驗尿送辦。訊後警方依毒品、竊盜罪移送陳男。
