「牛母子」兩度破壞他人門鎖侵入　判拘役

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市一對４６歲媽媽謝女及２１歲兒子黃男，2011年向張姓男子承租一棟透天厝，未料謝女母子未經屋主同意，即拆除改建成卡拉ok，又積欠房租，屋主事後發現房子遭改建，要求終止租約，但母子拒絕。直到謝男去年提民事訴訟，法院今年４月間強制這對母子搬離。

但法院點交還原屋主，並換上新門鎖。沒想到這對母子竟在6月2日下午破壞門鎖進去裡面，驚醒房屋管理人報警處理。屋主二度換鎖，結果黃男竟二度破壞門鎖，並還帶女友進去入住，屋主隔日返家卻無法入門，才得知門又遭對方破壞，當場報警逮捕入住的黃男及不知情的女友。新竹地院今依共同侵入他人住宅罪判兒子黃男拘役３０日，母親謝女拘役２０日，得易科罰金。
