【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1名王姓男子(38歲)去年充當二房東，把房間分租給林姓外甥女的陳姓女同學(19歲)，涉在共用浴室內裝針孔偷拍女沐浴，連外甥女也入鏡且收藏在電腦中，林女大義滅親揪出表舅惡行，依妨害祕密罪判刑10月確定，可易科罰金30萬元確定。台北地院昨判王男應賠陳女25萬元精神慰撫金。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，去年7月間，王男請外甥女幫他在電腦中下載遊戲軟體，林女意外在電腦中看到44張偷拍照片，包括陳女、古姓表姊洗澡與更衣畫面，也看到4張自己淋浴畫面，她先刪除自己的照片，再用隨身碟複製其他40張照片，再以手機翻拍錄下電腦播放偷拍照片的畫面，3人聯手控告。

林女幫表舅下載遊戲軟體時，意外發現電腦內有44張她與其他女房客洗澡的畫面。
