傳金溥聰不再駐美　7月出任國安會祕書長

我駐美代表金溥聰去年12月才剛到美赴任，如今卻傳出7月即將進行內閣改組，金小刀將放下駐美代表工作，改任國安會秘書長。馬英九總統昨接受News 98《今晚亮菁菁》節目專訪時否認這項消息，他說「目前沒有這樣的考慮」。

儘管馬總統說金溥聰「目前」沒有要回國接任國安會祕書長，但最近外交圈卻傳出金最快明年初，就會返國操盤七合一選舉。
