讀美國的大學還是大陸的大學? 大二要留學,沒語言障礙

我目前正在美國念高中,
讀得蠻適應的, 但我最近要開始申請大學,
在考慮關於去上海/北京讀大學的可能性.
我希望以後能在台灣工作,
所以想問在台灣 在大陸還是在美國讀數學/財經,
去德國交換一年, 然後讀phD/MBA(這時候就不限地區了)
的履歷比較能有競爭力?

我目前比較考慮的是上海交通大學或是美國的penn state university park/ Boston university
