詹生遭鞭打摑臉　陳巧明要14兒少觀「公審」

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】彰檢偵辦高中生詹淳寓遭靈修團體虐死案，日月明功負責人陳巧明涉「公審」詹生時，還找來14名少年和孩童圍觀，彰化縣府要求社工師須在1周內，訪視14名國小、國中和高中生且提出報告。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，檢方調查，陳巧明去年5月18日晚上10時許追問詹姓高中生，為何提早1.5個小時到學校，還吆喝日月明功成員十多人，連同其子女一起叫進房裡，從追問、打耳光、拿水管或竹子鞭打、甚至用腳踹踢詹生，希望讓其他學生警惕。檢方曾傳喚在場的7名國高中生，詢問當晚發生的過程；另7名小學生因心靈受創甚鉅，檢方不忍讓他們二度受創，當時未傳喚。彰化地檢署昨天邀彰化縣政府社會處啟動「修復式司法正義」行動，希望幫這些學生走出陰影。
