因病停役、複撿及回役相關問題

想請問一下，因病停役，是不是過一段時間後會收到複檢通知，之後再作體

位重新判定，那判定的結果是不是有三種

1.常備役體位、2替代役體位、3免役體位

之前有爬文看過什麼120大法，就是因病停役之前己服役超過120天、若體位

重新判定為替代役體位則不用回役，那若體位判定仍是常備役體位是否需回

役呢？

另外又找到了相關的資訊，說120大法己改為30大法，只要服役超過三十天

之後因病停役，不管之後體位判定為何都無需回役，是這樣子嗎？法規改來

改去，詳細的情況到底是哪種呢？

最近小弟因病停役己辦理離營歸鄉，但又心懸回役問題，想請教一下回役的

機會高嗎？
