台鐵4萬人受影響 明早基隆雙向通

基隆人行陸橋倒塌，壓毀鐵路電車線，也影響台鐵通車，大約70班區間車總共4萬人受影響，但台鐵承諾，明天早上第一班往基隆的區間車，一定會順利行駛。

就算聽到廣播，但是這些大排長龍的乘客，還是不知道怎麼回事，基隆天橋倒塌，讓臺鐵鐵路電車線被壓斷，造成列車改行駛到七堵站，基隆到七堵則以客運接駁，台鐵預估，受影響的有70班區間車，以每班區間車600人來算，至少影響4萬人，不過台鐵表示，會盡快恢復通車，但陸橋垮掉這麼誇張的事，到底責任算誰的，基隆市府要賠台鐵多少錢，還有得喬，但被耽誤行程的乘客，他們又要誰來賠。
