日本漁政船再扣台漁船　逮捕54歲船長

根據《日本新聞網》的最新消息，日本水產廳漁政船，在琉球與那國島附近的日本排他經濟海域(EEZ)，扣押了一艘台灣漁船，並逮捕了漁船54歲船長。

水產廳發表消息指，該艘台灣漁船益升12號，違反了《台灣漁業主權法》中的「無許可捕撈條款」，因而逮捕了船長柯清國。被扣押的漁船重約50噸，有7名船員。

這已經是《日台漁業協定》生效不到1個月內，第4艘被日本扣押的台灣漁船。
