為什麼轉移戶籍要去新戶籍所在地的戶政事務所啊?

可能是立規定者考量
可以確定你確實有遷到新戶籍
那這樣不是更方便嗎?是便民啊!
除非是"幽靈戶"才覺得不方便

"很多公家機關的事宜都要限定在某ㄧ地區辦理耶!!
包括申請房屋稅土地稅轉帳繳款等等的"
可以用郵寄申請轉帳的，很方便
