【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】農曆九月出生的朋友，今年將可過2次農曆生日了！2014年農曆甲午馬年的腳步漸近，據天文學專家稱，即將到來的馬年是閏年，從2014年1月31日開 始，到2015年2月18日才結束，共有383天。今年會有兩個農曆九月，首個出現於9月24日，第二個、也就是閏九月，則在10月24日出現。

據天津市天文學會理事趙之珩指，在陽曆中，地球繞太陽公轉一周為一回歸年，平年365天，閏年有366天。而中國傳統的農曆是以月亮圓缺變化的周期為依據，1個月約29.5306天，12個月為354天或355天，比陽曆年少了11天。為了協調陽曆與農曆之間的天數，古人採用設置閏月的方法。

現行農歷置閏方法是「十九年七閏」，即在19個農曆年中加上7個閏年。農歷閏年因為多了個閏月，因此1年有383天至385天左右，而農歷平年一般有353至355天
