請問中年轉職要怎麼比較快呢? 朋友每天被凹加班到晚上八九點, 其他人不用加班就只有他一個 也不能報加班 早上八點就要到辦公室, 每幾個月還要輪開門一次, 七點半就要到 更慘的是常常被主管公開羞辱 不像年輕時那麼多考試可以參加 同時有在徵人的工作, 大部分薪水都不高 很少看到有在徵年薪破百的工作, 在台北市繳個房貸&生活費&養小孩一下就花光了 又有經濟壓力不能隨便辭職也不能斷糧太久 丟人力銀行也沒什麼回應 有什麼比較有效的辦法? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.120.144.224
