曼德拉病逝　李登輝透過外交系統表達慰問

【林修卉╱台北報導】南非總統祖馬宣布，前南非總統曼德拉於12月5日逝世，享壽95歲。前總統李登輝辦公室主任王燕軍今表示，對於曼德拉的病逝，李登輝將透過外交系統表達慰問，而幕僚也已透過新聞匯報整理給李登輝。

王燕軍表示，李登輝對於曼德拉在南非推動長時間的民主改革很敬佩，認識超過20年的兩人，在台灣與南非斷交後雖然沒有聯繫，但常透過私下共同的朋友互相問候。
