追償失業勞工貸款案　勞委會要求釋憲

【劉志原╱台北報導】台北高等行政法院今開庭審理勞委會追償1996年「關廠歇業失業勞工促進就業貸款」案，勞委會代表陳毓雯建議法官，將全案聲請大法官解釋，以解決相關爭議。

勞委會控告關廠工人276案，有47件從民事法院轉移至台北高等行政法院審理，勞委會認為此案分別在民庭及行政法庭審理，究竟誰有審判權，應由大法官會議解釋，勞工代表律師郭德田認為，行政法院有審判權，勞委會應撤告，勞委會代表陳毓雯說，還是得依法處理。
