章子怡告港蘋誹謗　香港高院初步裁定勝訴

【大陸中心／綜合報導】去年5月，香港《蘋果日報》與《壹週刊》先後報導指中國藝人章子怡捲入薄熙來案，並被限制出境。章子怡事後對香港《蘋果日報》與《壹週刊》的出版公司及總編輯提出誹謗告訴，要求對方向她道歉並作出賠償。
 
香港高院上月29日裁定，報導明顯涉及誹謗，被告方沒有提出合理抗辯，因此判定章子怡「要求剔除被告（香港《蘋果日報》）抗辯書」提案勝訴，並准被告於聆訊21日內提交新的抗辯書，否則將直接裁定章子怡勝訴。
 
香港《蘋果日報》總編輯張劍虹先生4日以電話回覆記者詢問時表示：「訴訟官司目前仍在進行中，不便發表任何回應」。
