手術中故障　達文西手臂召回

【國際中心╱綜合報導】美國Intuitive Surgical公司研發的達文西機器手臂傳出多起故障意外，上月該公司已發布緊急召回令，並承認機器確實會在手術中停止運作。

目前全球使用中的達文西機器手臂有1386台。美國食品藥物管理局（FDA）說，機器手臂傳出的故障，包括夾住病患組織不放，及打到病患臉部，同時警告今年該系統導致病患死亡及受傷人數是去年的2倍，已調查其安全性。達文西手臂主用於癌症、婦科疾病等血管易嚴重沾黏的疾病；醫生可透過此機器手臂處理較細緻的手術；機器也配備攝影機，醫師可從遠端操作鏡頭、放大傷口處畫面，看得更清楚。

台灣獨家代理商信文達公司行銷協理李宗達表示，國內有17所醫院共引進18台達文西機器手臂，包括台大、林口長庚等；上月11日經美國原廠通知，其中有7台可能出現運作問題，但經確認僅國泰的1台，其中4支機器手臂中有2支運作不靈活，已當場更換，並通報食品藥物管理署。國泰醫院則稱，目前使用達文西機器手臂開刀的病患，未反映問題。
