搶老師丟水池溺斃 判死

育達高中女老師林伊葭去年在桃園住處遇害案，凶嫌黃建憲坦承劫財失手勒昏，再丟進水池，確定死亡才離開，只得手1800元，桃園地院今天依強盜殺人罪判他死刑。

桃園地檢署調查，22歲的黃建憲殺害女老師劫財後，拿了10元買飲料，其餘都還債。

桃園法院調查，黃建憲因缺錢，去年5月20日到處找落單女子行搶，在社區地下四樓電梯間遇到要回家的林伊葭，他從後方勒住林女脖子，並摀住嘴巴，強行拖往後方樓梯間劫財。他對女老師說：「我只要搶錢，給我錢就好。」但一鬆手，林女尖叫：「搶劫！」他擔心被認出，猛勒她頸部，直到林女昏厥才鬆手。

黃建憲怕出事，把女老師丟進廢水池，用手電筒探照，看到林女在水裡冒出氣泡，心想「死定了」，直接蓋上鐵蓋離開，女老師溺斃，他劫走背包中財物和金融卡等。
