守衛上班時間睡覺,該如何處理?

如標題,守衛上班時間光明正大的躺在守衛室的椅子上睡覺,也被拍照存證,跟管委會反應-管委會不理,跟保全公司副總說,居然應我:上班睡覺有什麼,上班12個小時很累耶,
我有把睡覺的照片印出來發給其他的住戶知道,但效果並不大
請敎敎我該如何處理?
