軟銀競購史普陵特 迪許不加碼

（法新社紐約18日電） 美國衛星電視供應商迪許網路公司今天表示，將不提出併購美國電信業者史普陵特公司的新標單，這為搶標的日本軟體銀行開闢康莊大道。

迪許網路公司（Dish Network）表示，依舊認為併購史普陵特具有「戰略價值」，但因為史普陵特（Sprint Nextel）決定中止審慎實質審查並接受軟體銀行（SoftBank）投標，迪許不會在今天的限期前遞交修改過的競標提案。

日本電信及網路公司軟銀計畫取得美國第3大電信業者史普陵特78%股權，迪許不提交新標單，讓軟銀更有可能併下史普陵特。（譯者：中央社林亭儀）
