瑞士洛桑管理學院(IMD)公布2013年全球競爭力評比，台灣從去年的第7名退步至第11名，財政部長張盛和今(30)日認為，財政仍有進步，引來藍綠立委批評自我感覺良好，若做不好就要檢討，要知恥近乎勇，立委更質疑政府舉債上限36%這樣叫好嗎？張盛和也坦言，這代表每個小孩一出生就負債6.9萬美元(折合約新台幣21萬元)。

瑞士洛桑國際管理學院2013年全球競爭力評比，台灣從去年第7名跌至第11名，今日在立法院財委會也引發藍綠立委關注，不過，備詢的張盛和表示，退步最多是物價從第六名掉到第二十六名，就業也就是失業率也退步很多，經濟成長也退步，但財政部分仍有往前進，財政情勢評比進步三名，財政政策維持平盤，而且目前政府舉債上限36%，在國際之間的相對數字沒有落後，但不以此自滿。

金管會主委陳裕璋也表示，在金融產業方面，金融資產是有成長，但金融競爭力其實是有微幅退步，這部分要再加強。

對於物價排名大幅下滑，中央銀行副總裁嚴宗大則說明，台灣其實過去物價都維持穩定，而且低通貨膨脹率，但現在他們把通膨負成長，在通貨緊縮認為是好現象，這對物價穩定國家是不公平的，央行也向很多評比單位反映過，這評比是有爭議的。

不過，對於財金官員的回應，國民黨立委盧秀燕認為，這自我感覺良好的態度很不好，如果執政黨做不好就要檢討，要知恥近乎勇，如果無法勇於改善，這是很差勁的。 (接下一頁)
