新北首創119安心簡訊　報案後傳派遣通知

【黃靖文／新北報導】新北市消防局今年起實施全國首創的「119報案安心簡訊」政策，民眾報案後將收到簡訊通知救援已在路上，讓焦急的報案人能安心等待救援。
 
新北市消防局救災救護指揮中心於11月27日啟用，建置各項軟硬體，其中便包括安心簡訊服務，只要民眾透過手機報案後，只要指揮中心發出派遣令，系統將自動發送簡訊，讓報案人安心待援，以便後續護理師指導報案人先做初步急救。新北市消防局表示，目前安心簡訊已試運行半個月，有不少民眾收到簡訊都感到驚喜，甚至有民眾再回傳簡訊感謝救護人員。
