賣場買藥品沒結帳　婦人稱忘記遭送辦

【潘姵如／台北報導】台北市1名71歲謝姓婦人，今天下午4時許，至大直地區的大賣場購買藥品，見某廠牌葉黃素正在特價，遂拿了1罐放在推車上，她自稱後因繼續採購民生用品，擔心其他物品會汙染藥品，便將葉黃素放在塑膠袋內，再放到自己黑色包包中，不料結完帳走出門口，感應門突大聲作響，經店內人員檢視包包後，發現未結帳的葉黃素商品，店方報警將婦人依竊盜罪嫌送辦。

謝婦到警局後堅稱自己只是忘了付帳，沒有意圖行竊，但因店家堅持提告，警方偵訊後仍將謝婦依竊盜罪嫌移送法辦。
