北京機場引爆炸彈　冀中星被起訴

【綜合報導】多次上訪不遂的中國殘疾男子冀中星，上月在北京首都機場引爆自製爆炸物，被當地警方拘捕。朝陽檢察院透露，爆炸案已經完成調查，冀中星日前被移送審查起訴。

警方稱，冀中星對在機場製造爆炸的事「供認不諱」。但冀中星代表律師劉曉原表示，月初與冀中星會面時，冀中星明確表示爆炸並非故意。他的目的，只是派發印有他訴求的傳單，希望更多人關注他的遭遇。警察阻止他時，他試圖以自製的爆炸物阻止警察靠近，豈料將右手炸藥轉到左手時，不小心引爆。事後冀左手被截肢。

劉指北京警方不足20天就將案件移送檢察院，但是東莞警方複查冀被毆打致殘的案件，至今卻仍無結果。
