鬼月前推案熱　新北市7月出現總銷破百億大案

【吳苡辰／台北報導】據《住展》雜誌統計，今年北台灣鬼月前1個月推估總案量高達1309億元，但雙北市指標推案量僅78億元與404億元，桃園縣反高達440萬元。

《住展》雜誌分析，台北市土地漸稀少，建商取得土地不易，導致推案量少。而新北市則有2個破百億元重量級大案「海洋都心2期」與「宏盛新世界2期」，「宏盛新世界2期」預計7月推出，總銷110億元，開價未定。
