政府政策調整　宏璟都更案進度趨緩

【張菱育／台北報導】宏璟建設(2527)今日上午舉辦股東會，通過配發現金股利0.65元，宏璟建設董事長曾元一表示，未來公司以待建土地及興建廠辦大樓為主，而台北市北投、萬隆等地區的都更案，因政府政策調整，讓進行速度趨緩，但還是會努力持續進行中。
 
曾元一表示，將積極尋找可開發案，包括汐止「宏興山莊」、竹北高鐵附近山坡地開發案，而中國大陸也有2件大型開發案的營建管理合約。
 
宏璟建設今年正在進行中的推案包括「土城營建案」，規劃7棟住商大樓，預計2015年完工；中壢廠辦預計今年底前可拿到使用執照；高雄二期園區A棟廠辦預計2014年第1季完工，B、C棟則將於2015年完工；延平南路案規劃21層住宅大樓，將於今年7月動工，2015年完工。
