「12年國教非義務教育」　郝龍斌：要排富

台北市長郝龍斌今天上午視察「台北兒童新樂園新建工程」工程時，針對《自由時報》報導他與新北市長朱立倫、台中市長胡志強反對12年國教不排富一事受訪表示，12年國教不是義務教育，要符合公平正義原則，要有排富條款。
