培瑞茲:殺台漁民菲擬賠過百萬 一中原則不致歉

馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處主席培瑞茲表示，菲律賓會向被槍殺台灣漁民洪石成的家屬，賠償超過100萬新台幣，但基於「一個中國」原則，菲律賓總統艾奎諾不會向台北當局道歉。

培瑞茲強調，若果有證據顯示菲律賓海岸防衛隊執法不當，一定會嚴懲，預計調查報告最快周末至下星期有結果。
