中央氣象局說，今天(13日)受到強烈大陸冷氣團南下影響，各地溫度都會再逐漸下降，清晨在台南以北到宜蘭的低溫大約只有13至15度，其它地區則在16到18度間。

至於白天的高溫北部、東北部大約只有17、18度左右，感覺上比較偏冷一些，而中南部及花東白天高溫仍然可以維持在21至25度，感覺上會比較舒適，不過入夜後的溫度會比今天清晨再低一些，提醒大家要做好保暖的工作。

這波強烈大陸冷氣團帶來的水氣比較多，因此今天在北部、東半部地區都會有下雨的情形出現，尤其是北部及宜蘭地區下雨的時間會比較長一些，至於南部地區及中部山區偶而也會有局部性的短暫雨，另外高山地區像是合歡山及玉山等也有可能下雪。

提醒大家在強烈東北風影響下，沿海空曠地區及各外島會有9到10級的強陣風，若要前往海邊活動請注意安全。

未來一週均受強烈大陸冷氣團的影響，中部以北沿海空曠地區會出現10到11度的低溫，因為這波冷空氣持續的時間相當長，氣象局提醒，民眾要做好保暖的措施。
