德新防長 擬建友善家庭軍隊

德國新任國防部長范德賴恩(Ursula von der Leyen)12日表示，她希望能夠建立一個對家庭更友善(family-friendly)的部隊，讓軍人可以是部份工時的工作，並擴大幼兒照護。

今年55歲的范德賴恩是德國第一位女性國防部長，育有7名子女，被視為是總理梅克爾的可能接班人。她在接受德國「畫報」(Bild)訪問時表示，她希望能夠讓軍人成為最具吸引力的職業。

范德賴恩說，一週工作3天或4天仍然可以有職業前景。她並且正在研究建立一個體系，省去超時工作，把時間用來照護兒童或年長者。

對於范德賴恩的構想，包括綠黨(Geens)和極左的「左派黨」(Linke)都已經表示反對，強調沒有戰爭是部分工時的、也沒有友善家庭的軍事任務。
