監獄快塞爆了　六甲軍監擬移交舒緩超收壓力

【劉榮輝、辛啟松／台南報導】南監典獄長劉文生說，最後一梯軍事犯移監後，日新山莊將由國防部移交給法務部，因近年來監獄人滿為患，初步規劃為台南監獄六甲分監，未來會成為台南第二監獄，收容較多受刑人，舒緩南監「超收」的壓力，至於如何規劃，哪些刑案受刑人將送到六甲分監，仍待進一步規劃。
 
劉文生說，13日完成移監作業後，日新山莊會做內部整理，17日交接給法務部矯正司，並由台南監獄接管，初步規劃為台南監獄六甲分監，未來會成為台南第二監獄，可以收容較多的受刑人，舒緩南監「超收」的壓力。
 
台南看守所長莊能杰說，第二波的軍事犯，南所與南監各收一半，刑期單罪3年以下或多罪7年以下的在台南看守所，單罪3年以上或多罪7年以上的則到台南監獄。
