【葉國吏／綜合報導】國道計程頻頻出包，遠東集團董事長徐旭東4度道歉後直言：「不滿意就退」。

根據《中央社》報導，徐旭東認為eTag是台灣創全球首例，「是個光榮的事情」，面對外界批評聲浪，徐旭東也坦言，消費者如果不滿意，喜歡退你就退。「但他退了以後我請問，他怎麼上高速公路？不過，你喜歡退你就退。」
