【超級比一比】軍人監獄與一般監獄比較

平常生活方式：
●軍人監獄：多數受刑人服完刑後要繼續服役，期間要接受體能訓練、莒光日與軍法教育，不能自己做決定
●一般監獄：表現良好者，由獄方決定派做雜役或工廠服務，或核定參加技能班。
 
放風時間與抽菸管理：
●軍人監獄：因每天都有體能訓練，每天只能傍晚一次休息30分鐘，吸菸者最多只能抽6根。
●一般監獄：上、下午各一次，每次休息30分鐘，吸菸者最多能抽10根。
 
會面時間：
●軍人監獄：有規定時間辦理家屬會面，但莒光日或重點時間全天禁止會面。
●家屬可依規定時間會面，每次20分鐘。
 
日常用品：
●軍人監獄：家屬只能在軍監設立的營站購買日用品，其他物品不能帶入。
●家屬可從監獄福利社購買物品，待菜餚通過檢查送入。
