瞎毀？　台聯：金溥聰駐美前匯6億出國

【黃揚明／台北報導】台聯立委黃文玲今舉行記者會質疑，2012年總統大選時馬吳配政治獻金申報政黨捐贈共2.3億元，但2011、2012年國民黨共僅申報捐贈黨員競選支出政治獻金1.39億元，國民黨涉嫌申報不實。

此外，黃文玲還爆料質疑，駐美代表金溥聰接任駐美代表職務前2個月，是否曾以政黨外交名義匯出6億元台幣？她說，此事有諸多疑點，國民黨、金溥聰卻從未公開對外說明，呼籲國民黨、金溥聰應交代清楚。

黃文玲說，法務部廉政署已承諾將把《揭露人保護法》、《反企業貪污法》等草案送到立法院審議，她要求廉政署應將《反政黨及人民團體貪污法》一併制訂送立院審議，避免政黨成為貪污漏洞。
