哈爾濱暴雪侵襲　停課停航

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】中國東北地區16日起降下入冬以來第一場大雪，當地民眾生活不便，道路積雪結冰、高速公路封閉，吉林省還因大雪導致死亡車禍。
 
中國中央氣象台18日起連續兩天都針對黑龍江和吉林等地發布暴雪特報，哈爾濱和長春兩地的中小學與幼稚園18日都停課一天，哈爾濱19日維持學校和幼稚園停課的決定。
 
由於黑龍江與吉林兩地新鮮蔬菜主要來自大陸華北地區，零售商警告，一旦庫存告罄而運輸因降雪受阻，可能將導致兩地菜價飆升。為了安全起見，哈爾濱市的渡輪公司也臨時決定所有航線正式停航。
 
據悉，哈爾濱部分地區由於車輛在雪地無法上坡，有人守候在路邊喊出人民幣20元（約台幣97元）到50元（約台幣242元）不等的價格收費推車，被市民批評是「趁雪打劫」。
