〔記者項程鎮／台北報導〕苗栗60歲男子蘇萬泰，見70多歲老阿婆等公車，假好心說可開車載她一程，卻把車開進摩鐵，還拿跳蛋摩擦阿婆下體，隔天又去堵阿婆，強載往摩鐵，拿刮鬍刀剃阿婆陰毛，但蘇某兩次意圖性侵都不舉，最高法院依攜帶凶器強制性交未遂等罪，重判5年10個月確定。

色翁判5年10月確定

判決指出，去年10月26日清晨6時，蘇萬泰在苗栗縣後龍鎮一處公車站，見阿婆等車要到市場賣菜，主動表示要載她一程，竟載到某旅社開房間，蘇洗澡後強脫阿婆衣服、吸奶，還拿跳蛋摩擦阿婆下體再性侵，但他不舉。

隔日晚間蘇又到後龍鎮堵阿婆，見她步行返家，強拉她上車，載到汽車旅館，蘇先打阿婆3個耳光，然後親她胸部，接著剃掉阿婆陰毛，想性侵又不舉，害阿婆下體擦傷，右大腿內側遭刮鬍刀劃傷，臉部挫傷。阿婆第一次遭性侵未遂時，不敢告訴家人，隔天照常出門營生，被女兒追問，才說出遭侵犯，兒子氣得報警。
