【曾佳俊╱新北報導】新北市鼓勵生育推出好孕金鏟子，昨再發送五百支，吸引民眾漏夜排隊，人龍從市府大廳綿延至戶外二樓迴廊，一名男子前天下午就偕妻打地鋪，成功搶得頭香，也有急著想抱孫的婆婆，拉著媳婦來卡位，過程中有人排不到，氣得發飆大罵：「要跟市長朱立倫抗議！」民政局說，明年三月還會再發放。
