農舍法令限制多　土地成交量銳減1半

【郭寶懃／台北報導】為了杜絕農舍買賣風氣，內政部營建署從7月修正《農業用地新建農舍辦法》，宜蘭縣興建農舍限制變多，限定要在宜蘭縣設戶籍滿2年、申請人應為農民等等諸多限制，導致外地人想買農地紛紛止步。

營建署綜合計畫組副組長林秉勳表示，內政部營建署從7月修正《農業用地新建農舍辦法》規定，現在要興建農舍者，限定要在宜蘭縣設戶籍滿2年、擁有農民的身分、本身無擁有自用農舍等等，且在5年內已取得農舍建照者也不能再申請買賣或興建。

據當地房仲表示，農地以前1個月成交量最好的時候是4件，但是現在多了限制後，成交量已經少了一半。
