康芮受損車輛 北市稅處退還溢繳牌照稅

【經濟日報記者楊文琪／23日電】康芮颱風造成多處災害，台北市稅捐稽徵處表示，汽車或151cc以上機車如因該颱風受損無法使用，可檢附相關證明文件，於2014年2月28日前至監理機關辦妥災害報停或報廢手續者，車主無須提出申請退稅，該處將主動退還溢繳之使用牌照稅。

稅捐處進一步說明，使用牌照稅係按日計徵，為減少民眾舟車往來不便，車籍登記為臺北市且已繳清2013年使用牌照稅的車輛，如車主已辦妥上開手續，其牌照稅也可按車輛實際使用日數計徵，該處會依監理機關提供的資料，主動退還車輛無法使用期間溢繳之使用牌照稅。
