【綜合報導】台北市中山區1家幼稚園1名任姓代課女老師，涉嫌去年3月在午睡時間管教學童，持磁鐵尺揮打1名盧姓男童下巴致挫傷；台北地檢署依傷害罪嫌將任女起訴，並請求法院依兒童及少年福利法規定，加重其刑2分之1。

《自由時報》報導，檢方指出，任女不滿盧姓男童在午休時間不乖乖睡，持長約30到40公分左右的磁鐵尺，朝他的下巴揮打1下，盧童當場嚎啕大哭，連其他躺下準備午睡的小朋友也被吵醒。

在場同學嚇壞，回家告訴媽媽，其他學童家長轉告盧童母親，盧母持驗傷單堅持提告。
