關說案 王金平面臨兩道考核關卡

立法院長王金平涉入關說案，各界都在等王金平返國釐清事實真相，王金平未來將面臨立法院與國民黨內部的兩道紀律考核關卡。一是紀律委員會可以主動調查、審議，並作出口頭道歉、書面道歉、停止出席院會與停權等四種處分，但不管紀律委員會作出任何懲處，都無法改變王金平的立法院長身份。

另一則是國民黨的考紀處分，包括申誡、停權以及開除或撤銷黨籍，前兩種不會影響王金平的院長資格，但若是開除或撤銷黨籍，兩者的差別在於回復黨籍的時程有所不同，不過，不論是開除或撤銷黨籍，只要國民黨一開鍘，王金平的立委資格將立即喪失，立法院長寶座被迫拱手讓出。
