根據媒體報導指出，法國總統歐蘭德說，軍事攻擊敘利亞可能於周三發動。

「大馬士革化武屠殺不可以也絕不能不受懲罰，」歐蘭德於接受周五發行的世界報訪問時說。

他說「所有方案」均可供採行，法國希望有堅定適度的行動。

在英國，卡梅倫總理周四針對敘利亞問題，在國會初步的投票中失利，他在發布的簡短聲明中說，顯然英國民眾不希望見到軍事行動。

法國國會將於下周三針對敘利亞問題，舉行緊急會議。
