錶哥受賄案今開審　坦承「自己犯了罪」

【綜合報導】陝西省西安市中級人民法院今天開庭審理被告人「表哥」楊達才受賄、巨額財產來源不明一案。公訴人指楊達才家庭財產達1177萬元人民幣（5754萬元台幣），其中楊達才的妻子與兒子在某銀行存款共計1115萬元人民幣，有611萬人民幣能說清來源，504萬元人民幣說不清來源。楊達才為陝西省安監局前局長，因有多款名錶，被外界戲稱為「錶哥」。

另據調查證據顯示，楊達才受賄25萬元人民幣（約122萬元台幣），對楊達才按照受賄罪與巨額財產來源不明罪提起公訴。下午2點40分左右庭審結束，案件將擇日宣判。楊達才在最後陳述中說，自己犯了罪，追悔莫及，願認罪伏法。
