請問對年、合爐等祭拜儀式問題

我父親，過世快滿一年，阿公還健在
目前親戚大家是住一起，所以是一起祭拜祖先
因某些考量，會搬離目前住所，祖先牌位會由爸爸的其他兄弟祭拜和傳承

準備要進行對年等儀式，有以下問題想請教

1.對年儀式要請老師嗎?想自行準備
2.因搬家，對年儀式完後，想將爸爸牌位請到新家祭拜，可以跳過合爐嗎?
3.不行的話，是要先合爐再將爸爸牌位請到新家，程序如何進行?
4.新家可以只祭拜牌位，不要安神嗎?因沒有拜拜之習慣，也不了解祭拜細節等，怕對神明不敬，希望可以只祭拜牌位，如果不行還是會配合

ps.如果用詞不敬，請見諒，家中真無人可問，我住台中，有好的老師可以推薦嗎?感謝
