溫泉法7月1日生效　北市產發局：將配合大執法

【施春美╱台北報導】《溫泉法》原本給予的10年緩衝期將於今年7月1日到期，沒有合法溫泉標章的業者，屆時將依法開罰，北市產發局長黃啟瑞今表示，目前北市共有74家溫泉業者，其中僅38家合法，這代表即將有36家業者違法，該局7月將與水利署北區水資源局進行聯合稽查，若確認業者無水權，又無開發許可，將由水利署開罰6萬至30萬元，且可勒令停業。  

黃啟瑞說，北市溫泉區包括新北投、行義路、中山樓及馬槽，其中僅新北投的38家業者合法，其餘3區均為私自接取溫泉。
